What needed to change
The Free Fire × Naruto collaboration was already announced. The local campaign needed to give Indonesian fans a reason to join in and play.
What we noticed
The team’s approach connected Naruto’s familiar world with places and entertainment people already enjoyed, including Kota Tua, creators and playing together.
What we decided
Bring Konoha into Kota Tua through a physical gate and creator activity, so the collaboration could be encountered in the city and shared online.
What we made
A Konoha-inspired gate and public activation at Kota Tua, supported by creator content and local production.
What happened
Garena published the collaboration film, and KAORI documented the Konoha gate and activity at Kota Tua.
My part
My team proposed the activation and handled the permits. I managed the KOLs and gate production, with site visits and local stakeholder coordination to plan the work in a busy public location.
